Booking & visit FAQs

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome for short services like threading and quick styling, subject to availability. For makeup, facials and bridal services, we strongly recommend booking ahead so we can plan your time properly.
Is there parking available nearby?
Yes — street parking is available right outside the studio, and the surrounding market has additional space within a 1-minute walk.
What's your cancellation policy?
We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer the slot to other clients. Bridal bookings have a separate, gentler policy discussed at the time of booking.
Do you accept cards and UPI?
Yes — we accept all major cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and cash.
